B2B Appointment Setter — Pay per Booked Call (Multi-Channel) We're a specialty chemicals manufacturer building out a US sales operation. We have a curated list of senior US-based chemical, pharma, and specialty sales reps we want to recruit as independent commission partners. We need an appointment setter to run cold outreach to this list and book qualified calls with our team. WHAT YOU HANDLE Outbound outreach by whatever channel works best for each rep — LinkedIn, email, phone, voice note, video DM, your call. Goal is a booked-and-held call with our team. WHAT YOU DON'T HANDLE The call itself, the pitch, the negotiation, the close. Our team does all of that. WHAT WE GIVE YOU A target list with names, current employer, and at least one of email, phone number, or LinkedIn URL for every rep. Tested templates and openers across LinkedIn DM, cold email, and voicemail. Objection-handling script and ICP brief. A Calendly link with our team's availability. Sub-2-hour response time during US business hours when you need to escalate. WHAT YOU BRING Your own outreach stack — LinkedIn account in good standing, email infrastructure (warmed domain if cold-emailing), dialer if calling. We don't supply tools. Native or near-native English. Demonstrable experience reaching senior US-based B2B professionals — not e-commerce, not coaches, not real estate. PAY $35 USD per qualified call booked AND held. "Held" means the rep attends a 30-min call with our team. No-shows don't count. Reschedules count when they actually happen. No base, no retainer, no hourly. Pure performance. VOLUME Cap of 8 booked-and-held calls per month per setter. Running 3-4 setters in parallel on non-overlapping slices of the list. You won't be competing for the same prospects. TO APPLY Pick your strongest channel. Send a sample first-touch you'd use to reach a senior chemical sales rep at a Tier 1 distributor who recently posted about weak quarterly numbers.
