Project Description
I need an experienced Zoho Mail specialist to move our company’s email off Gmail and set everything up on Zoho without downtime. This includes configuring all DNS records for our domain—MX plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—so deliverability is spotless, and migrating every existing email from our Godaddy mailboxes into Zoho with labels, folders, attachments, and timestamps intact.
Once DNS is updated and mailboxes are fully migrated, we’ll run live send/receive tests on web, mobile, and any IMAP clients we still use. I’ll provide registrar access and Google admin credentials right away; you handle the cut-over planning and keep me posted on propagation status.
The job is complete when:
• All historical Godaddy data appears in Zoho Mail.
• New messages flow through Zoho with no bounce or spam issues.
• I receive a short hand-over note showing the records you added and steps to add future users.
