Project Overview: We are a roadside assistance and automotive workshop company in Spain. We need to migrate our standard WhatsApp number to the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and build a functional, intelligent chatbot to route customers, query external databases, and collect intake data. We are looking for an expert in automation (Make.com, Zapier, ManyChat, or similar). Core Requirements & Setup: Setup and verification of WhatsApp Business API using our current company number. Build an initial Main Menu: 1. Towing Services (Grúas) | 2. Workshop (Taller) | 3. Machinery Transport (Transporte de maquinaria). Logic Branch 1: Towing Services (Grúas) - 24/7 Operation Status Query via Spreadsheet (24/7): The bot asks for the vehicle's License Plate (Matrícula). It must look up this plate in a connected Excel/Google Sheet (which we export/update from our system) and return the exact current status (e.g., "In transit", "Delivered", "Pending"). This specific feature must be available to customers at all times (24/7). Emergency / Human Handover (Time-based): Only if the customer explicitly asks to speak with a human OR requests an urgent roadside assistance outside of our standard business hours, the bot must automatically reply with the direct phone number of our on-call night driver. Logic Branch 2: Workshop (Taller) Appointment Request & Data Collection: When a client wants to request an appointment, the bot must ask for: Breakdown details (avería), Make (marca), and Model (modelo). Crucially, the bot must also request the customer to send a photo of the vehicle's technical sheet (ficha técnica) directly via WhatsApp. All this gathered data/media is then forwarded to our human staff to schedule the exact appointment. Quote Approvals: The system must allow our staff to send a quote to a client via WhatsApp, enabling the client to click a simple "Approve" or "Reject" button. Reminders: Automated appointment reminder messages and pickup notifications. Future API Prep: If the client asks "Is my car ready?", the bot will currently forward this to a human. However, the architecture MUST be built so we can easily connect it to our Workshop Management Software via API/Webhooks in the near future. Logic Branch 3: Machinery Transport (Transporte de maquinaria) Standard data collection (origin, destination, type of machinery) and forward to human staff for quoting. Freelancer Requirements: Proven experience with WhatsApp Cloud API and automation tools (Make/Integromat is highly preferred). Must speak Spanish or be capable of building and testing the conversational flows in perfect Spanish. Please start your proposal with the word "ENGINE" so I know you read the requirements.
