100 Photoshop Residential Top View Layout

I’ll hand over a drafted residential floor layout along with a full set of ready-made furniture icons. Your task is to open everything in Photoshop and arrange those icons so they sit exactly where the plan shows—no more, no less. The scope is strictly a furniture layout; electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures are out of scope. Visually, I want a modern, minimalistic feel: thin lines, clean whites, muted greys, and only a hint of accent colour so the drawing stays uncluttered. Deliverables • A well-organised, fully layered PSD (CS6+ compatible) • A flattened high-resolution PNG or JPEG for quick viewing Acceptance criteria • Walls, doors, and windows match the dimensions of my source file • All furniture icons are correctly scaled, positioned, and oriented • Layers are clearly named (walls, furniture, annotations, background) • Colour palette follows the modern, minimal style described above I’ll supply measurements, reference screenshots, and the icon pack as soon as we start.
