Project Description
I’m building a unified solution that works both as a public-facing e-commerce platform and as an internal productivity tool. The scope covers:
• A responsive web application
• Native mobile apps for both iOS and Android (one code-base with Flutter, React Native, or a similar cross-platform stack is fine)
Core e-commerce needs: product catalogue, search, cart, secure checkout, popular payment gateways, order tracking, and push/email notifications for customers.
Productivity side: a protected employee area with task lists, inventory updates, simple analytics, and role-based access so my team can manage orders and daily workflows from the same interface.
I’ll provide branding assets, initial wireframes, and API access to our existing product database. You’ll handle the full development cycle—architecture, UI/UX, front-end, back-end, testing, and deployment to App Store, Google Play, and a cloud host for the web app.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Smooth sign-up/login (email, phone, and social) with JWT or OAuth.
2. Payments processed in sandbox and live modes without errors.
3. Real-time sync between mobile and web for inventory and task updates.
4. Clean, well-commented code pushed to our Git repo with a brief setup README.
5. All critical paths tested and bugs fixed prior to final hand-off.
