Serious Educational Video Script & Edit

I’m producing an educational YouTube video that must keep a clear, serious tone from the first frame to the last. I already have the topic and rough talking points; what I need is a professional who can turn those notes into a polished script that flows logically and weaves in verifiable statistics and data to strengthen every key message. Once the storyline is locked, I’d like you to take the raw footage I supply, cut it to match the script, add on-screen references or lower-thirds for the stats, and deliver a crisp final edit ready for upload. Please be comfortable sourcing reputable figures (peer-reviewed studies, government databases, etc.) and crediting them on screen. I work in Adobe Premiere Pro, so a Premiere project file alongside the exported 1080p MP4 would be ideal.
