Project Description
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to join scheduled product-demo calls with software vendors, ask prepared questions on my behalf, and set up any trial or free accounts we decide to explore further.
You should be comfortable navigating SaaS dashboards at an intermediate level — able to capture screenshots of pricing tiers, feature settings, and key workflows while the vendor’s rep walks through them
What the work involves:
• Joining 30–60 minute demo calls via Zoom [The Administrator removed this message for encouraging communication outside Freelancer.com. which breaches our Terms and Conditions.]
• Following a provided question script during each session
• Setting up free/trial accounts after calls using credentials I supply
• Sending a short email summary after each session: key points, screenshots, vendor-suggested next steps
requirements:
• Professional English on video, quiet background, reliable internet
• Available during standard US business hours (EST or PST)
• Responsive and punctual
• Comfortable with SaaS tools and learning new platforms quickly
