## Reddit Community Engagement Specialist – Fitness App Promotion

### Overview
We are looking for an experienced Reddit marketer to help us grow the trainer user base of our **fitness app built specifically for personal trainers**. The app allows trainers to **build workout routines and send them directly to their clients** — no more messy PDFs, WhatsApp voice notes, or spreadsheets. It also includes workout tracking so both the trainer and client can follow progress over time.
The goal is to organically reach personal trainers on Reddit by providing genuine, helpful contributions to relevant communities — **not spam, not ads, not bot comments**.

### What You'll Do
- Identify and engage in relevant subreddits including (but not limited to):
- r/personaltraining
- r/fitness
- r/strength_training
- r/weightroom
- r/bodyweightfitness
- r/gymowners
- r/exercise
- Monitor threads where trainers discuss **client management, programming, tools they use, or business challenges**.
- Post authentic, value-driven comments that address the trainer's actual problem — and naturally mention our app as a relevant solution when it fits.
- Focus especially on threads where trainers ask things like *"How do you send programs to clients?"*, *"What app do you use for client workouts?"*, or *"How do you track client progress?"* — these are the highest-value opportunities.
- No forced mentions. If the app doesn’t fit the conversation, don’t force it.

### Requirements
- Proven experience with Reddit community engagement or grassroots marketing.
- Strong written English — comments must sound natural, knowledgeable, and human.
- Some familiarity with the personal training / fitness industry is a strong plus.
- Existing Reddit account with positive karma history (no brand-new accounts).
- Ability to deliver a clear activity report with links to all comments.
