Project Description
I’m looking for a reliable post-production partner to handle image culling and color grading for an ongoing series of wedding shoots—anywhere from 10 up to 100 events over the next season and beyond.
Scope of each wedding:
• Raw delivery: I’ll send you every capture from the day.
• Culling: Narrow the gallery to the strongest 500–1,000 frames.
• Color grading: Apply a natural, true-to-life look that preserves skin tones and the original atmosphere of the venue.
• Output: Return high-resolution JPEGs plus the synced Lightroom catalog (or equivalent XMPs) so I can make any last-minute tweaks before client delivery.
Timing & workflow:
I’m ready to start this summer. There’s no strict turnaround clock, but a consistent, predictable schedule we agree on is essential for smooth hand-offs.
What I’d like to see from you:
• A portfolio or before/after examples that showcase clean, accurate color work—especially in a wedding context.
• A brief outline of your culling workflow and the software you prefer (Lightroom Classic, Capture One, Photo Mechanic, etc.).
• Your availability for recurring projects and any limits on weekly capacity.
If you have a small team or proven solo workflow that meets these needs, I’m eager to establish a long-term collaboration.
