I need a complete shoring scheme for a two-basement excavation in the UAE, developed and verified in both Wallap and Plaxis 2D. The intent is clear: the shoring must safely support the sand excavation while guaranteeing adequate load-bearing capacity for the basement walls and slabs. Scope of work • Build the conceptual and detailed Wallap model, optimise pile/anchor spacing, and extract all relevant bending moments, shear forces, and deflection results. • Replicate the final layout in Plaxis 2D to validate soil–structure interaction, ground movement, and overall stability. Any discrepancies between the two platforms should be reconciled and explained. • Translate the approved design into a concise Bill of Quantities that lists piles, anchors, walers, struts, concrete volumes, and reinforcement weights ready for tender. Acceptance criteria • Factor-of-safety and serviceability checks meet UAE code requirements. • Maximum lateral displacement remains within allowable limits demonstrated in Plaxis output. • BOQ items align with the final drawings and calculation sheets. Deliverables 1. Calculation report (Wallap & Plaxis printouts + design narrative) in PDF. 2. Editable model files (.wal, .plx). 3. Drawings (DWG + PDF). 4. BOQ in Excel, itemised and cross-referenced to drawings. If you have recent UAE experience with sand sites and are comfortable toggling between Wallap and Plaxis, this should flow smoothly.
