Design and implementation of a central core using the Strangler Fig approach

Project Description: This project is for designing and implementing a central core using the Strangler Fig approach (migration to a microservices architecture). We are looking to collaborate with a specialized team that has real experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture and is capable of providing relevant case studies or documentation of their past work. Project quality is extremely important to us, and the selection of the technical team will be carried out with great care and precision. Priority will be given to teams that meet all of the following criteria: 1. Practical experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture, along with relevant documentation and portfolio 2. A precise, complete, transparent proposal aligned with the project requirements, based on real analysis (not generic or auto-generated responses without proper project review) 3. The ability to deliver the project on time within the expected timeframe (4 to 6 weeks) for executing Phases 0 to 2. Only proposals with relevant experience in “migration to microservices architecture” (not marketplace setup or app deployment) will be considered. Applicants must be able to share previous related work. Additionally, the execution of Phases 0 to 2 within a 4 to 6 week timeframe must be clearly planned and committed to in the proposal. Our primary focus is on proper execution of the project, with architecture quality, implementation quality, and timely delivery as top priorities. Please clearly specify in your proposal the **timeline** and **cost estimation** up to the completion of Phases 0, 1, and 2, including delivery of a stable version. It is also emphasized that Phases 0 to 2 must be completed within the 4 to 6 week timeframe.
