Project Description
I need an end-to-end solution that plugs into the official WhatsApp Business API and answers incoming messages instantly and intelligently. The bot must work for users on both Android and iOS, recognise intent through solid NLP, pull the right answer from a customisable FAQ/knowledge base, and gracefully hand the conversation to a live agent whenever confidence drops or the issue is judged complex.
Core expectations
• State-of-the-art NLP (Python + TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Dialogflow—your call) that interprets free-form text, emojis, voice notes if possible, and short codes.
• A rules/ML hybrid engine that lets me update replies, categories and escalation triggers without touching code.
• Seamless, documented integration with WhatsApp Business Cloud API, keeping Meta’s rate limits, message templates and opt-in rules in mind.
• Web dashboard (React, Vue or similar) showing real-time chat view, agent takeover button, analytics on response times, intent distribution and fallback rates.
• Dockerised services with clear deployment scripts so the stack scales across multiple numbers and regions.
Deliverables I will review
1. Working source code in a private repo with commit history.
2. Deployed demo using my sandbox number.
3. Admin panel credentials.
4. Setup and usage documentation.
5. Short hand-off video walk-through.
Timeline & review
I would like a tested MVP on my server within a month, with weekly check-ins and access to your staging URL for interim feedback.
