Project Description
I’m looking to drive measurable ticket sales for my upcoming Eventbrite event through a well-executed email marketing campaign. Email will be our primary channel, and since my current list is limited, building a high-quality audience is the first priority.
The campaign should begin with identifying and sourcing leads that closely match our target audience, followed by setting up a compliant opt-in funnel aligned with GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements. From there, I’d like to develop a sequence of persuasive, on-brand emails, including an announcement, reminder, last-chance push, and a post-registration upsell.
It’s important that everything integrates smoothly with Eventbrite so we can track performance end-to-end, from email engagement to ticket purchase. I’m open to using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Eventbrite’s native tools, as long as we can segment audiences, personalize messaging, and monitor performance in real time. Strong design, compelling copy, and clear calls to action are key, along with automated follow-ups and A/B testing to continuously improve results.
Deliverables:
• A clear strategy outlining list growth and compliance approach
• Lead capture assets, including landing page copy, form setup, and incentive ideas
• At least three ready-to-send email templates
• Full integration with Eventbrite tracking and a simple reporting dashboard
• A short performance summary after the initial campaign launch
Success will be measured by meaningful list growth, strong engagement, and a clear increase in ticket sales directly driven by the email campaign.
