Project Description
My agency builds conversion-focused websites and runs complete digital-marketing campaigns, yet the stream of new business is inconsistent. The mission is simple: bring in paying clients who need website development, digital marketing, or a mix of both.
You will design and run the end-to-end sales process—researching prospects, reaching out through channels that make sense (LinkedIn, email, phone, niche communities), nurturing the conversation, and handing over prospects that are ready to sign or booking them straight into my calendar. Feel free to use your preferred CRM or outreach tools; what matters is a measurable flow of qualified opportunities.
Deliverables I will track
• A weekly report of fresh, verified leads that match our service profile
• Calendar bookings or signed proposals generated from those leads
• Brief notes on outreach methods and messaging that prove most effective
I’ll supply case studies, pricing decks, and any technical backup you need. Success is measured by closed deals rather than vanity metrics, so creative strategies that consistently convert will be valued and rewarded.
